Container Washer MP-300
The container washer is designed for semi-automatic washing of plastic and aluminum containers with a maximum width and height of 400mm.
The device can also be used to wash the lids of EURO containers. The use of the washer in the process allows for reducing the water, detergent and energy consumption.
The washing is carried out using high pressure water jets with the addition of cleaning agents at a temperature set on the controller.
The pressure on the adjustable-direction nozzles located on the perimeter of the tunnel is generated by a high efficiency pump. The water circulates in a closed system.
In order to protect the nozzles from clogging and the pump from damage, the water tank is equipped with a filter-sieve with a large surface area. Water losses are supplemented automatically.
The rinsing is carried out using nozzles with check valves. The nozzles are powered with water from the water supply system and activated automatically along with the washing process. The rinsing water supplements the main water tank.
The use of containers washers in meat processing plants not only allows for time-saving, but also provides adequate cleanliness of the washed containers.
