The vacuum massage tumbler is used in meat processing plants for massaging, and processing of all types of meat. Vacuum massage tumblers allow for the very effective plasticizing of any meat products without damaging their structure and releasing the myofibrillar protein.
 
The process of meat massaging takes place in an airtight drum through gravitational sedimentation. Thanks to the spiral layout of the agitators the massaged batch is smoothly circulating in the drum from the lid to the bottom and back. The process of unloading is carried automatically – through
the function of drum rotation in the opposite direction. The vacuum tumbler is equipped with technological solutions enabling the user to obtain high-quality meat products from every batch of meat. All the parameters of the technological process, such as the direction and speed of drum rotation, the duration of individual cycles, the start and finish time, and the negative pressure in the massaging chamber are monitored and controlled by the Mikster MCM-023 controller.
 
The entire massaging cycle and all operations associated with it can be programmed with high accuracy. Once selected operating parameters can be repeated many times (50 different programs), and when necessary, any operation and parameter can be changed at any time using the buttons on the control panel. The specially selected shape of the agitators increases the massaging accuracy and uniformity. The blades are not only massaging, but also gently mixing the meat.The devices has been designed specifically for smaller plants, which value space-saving and ease of use.
